All services provided by Royalty Cleaning Co. are subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this website. Prices, policies, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and thorough cleaning, Royalty Cleaning Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured prior to service. Clients are responsible for notifying our team of any fragile, delicate, or specialty items that require extra care.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your scheduled appointment time. Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Refunds are not issued for completed services; however, if you are unsatisfied, you may request a re-clean within 24 hours.

By booking with Royalty Cleaning Co., you agree to these terms and understand that services are provided “as is” without any guarantee beyond those expressly stated.

Refund Policy - The Basics

At Royalty Cleaning Co., all deposits are non-refundable as they secure your appointment, but they will be applied toward your final balance. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty, while last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the deposit. Because our services are customized, completed cleanings are non-refundable; however, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly return to address any concerns.
